Going To Mars with NASA director Laurie Leshin | A Bit of Optimism Podcast
He has my definition of friendship. Friendship, more than what they can do for you, is what they allow you to do for them. Lots of people help others regardless of being their friends. Only a true friend lets you in in their lives and hearts.
Wishy washy voodoo mumbo jumbo ethereal astral plain nonsense.
Hardly a code
This is an example of what I call, "having a conversation about it". Once you talk about whatever the misunderstanding is, you can fall back on that to avoid confusion going forward. It can be applied to SOOO many things.
Truer words were never spoken!!
spune ce vrei sa faci nu ce nu vrei sa faci
I realize that this was 7 years ago but the millennial talk always makes me laugh. I never got a trophy for just playing a sport. I think people forget that maybe this stereotype of millennium should only be reserved for upper middle-class and rich millennial kids because lower middle-class poor millennial kids definitely did not live this way. If you agree like.
We dug coal together
Weathering the storm is about recognizing that there is a storm and protecting yourself from the storm❤
I spent 4 years being the idiot in a technical field. Finally someone gave me the chance to read up on stuff myself, instead of pestering others. 6 months later, I am now often the one explaining things to my colleagues. Turns out, the thing holding me back was the simplified explanations of complex things. I'm now learning to identify when people want to know what something does, without really caring about how it works. The basics of what I do are simple as heck. What I actually have to do to get stuff to work is a very different story.
All the world needs to disconnect to reconnect. It’s like a shutdown to restart. Technology is fantastic, but it’s not more important than our families, friends, and humans in general. We just need to be conscious of the role each one plays.
Can people management help to build great people?
Now think about who bring the world to them
Doesnt just happen with clients. Be present when youre around your loved ones as well. It was causing a big rift in my relationship until we addressed it and made steps to being more present with another
This is in context. It's not always a bad thing if a person is on their phones. ADHD and Autistic people uses their devices to literally function. I was tricked by a cruel woman to think the one I loved was being rude, that I didn't matter because he was always on his phone. Don't assume it's unerversal to all caes. You can make a big mistake and hurt someone you love. It took us years to repair that misunderstanding, it came because I trusted her over him, that I thought an elder could give life advice in a moment I was new to. With that information she deliberately mislead me. He felt for weeks that I was tearing him down for it. Be careful. Not everything is cut n dry.
Superrrb Awesome Fantastic video
If this is how we feel when someone is holding their phone in our presence it's a reflection of how we subconsciously feel with our own devices. It's depressing. I'm going phone free as soon as I finish my exams, and even though I know this isn't for everyone, I CANNOT WAIT!!! 😊 if anyone else out there is also thinking of doing this, I say go for it!
So this means you can’t have casseroles for instance because all the foods are mixed. We must eat one food at a time not together. Right? That’s hard to do.
I like this. I’m an Aussie there was a mum in our friend group who was at risk of post partum mental health problems so we came up with a code word. She hates vegemite so if she ever messaged us she was having a vegemite day we knew she needed help.
Saying it’s not about race or identity then saying we need more diverse identity is just proving you are lying. An individual of any race can be raised poor or rich. Have both parents, or none. Can enjoy any kind of music or love any kind of person. So let’s stop lying about the virtue signaling.
I love this
I love this man’s insight and my life is much better when I listen to him.
Lol I would have more trouble answering if someone asked “what are my good traits” If someone asked “why are we friends” that is very easy, I like the version of myself that comes out when you are around
Hot air
Ok nerd
Great code ..People don't know
Love it
Black // white filter helps and doesn't destroy their social presence
I had a strong desire to learn Sanskrit Verses for years. Last 15 days i gathered up 4 children and started teaching them one Verse a day and together. we have comepleted learning 9 verses so far. Target is 29. I am lazy. They dont have direction.I am sure with the enthusiastic children i have, i can learn along with them easily in 3 weeks time one at a rate One Verse a Day.
Wow. I haven't seen this dude since his "millenials are sh*t" rant, which, as we all know, was gaslighting at its finest and here he is, a thousand years later still going on, sh*ting on younger generations and telling others way they suck. He really made a career out of "..the youth these days!". Pretty pathetic way of making a living while contributing ZERO to actually changing the world or doing something of, you know, actual use to anybody other than himself. But hey, young folks are the selfish ones because they ask for decent wages, minimally fair working conditions and a dignified life. Yeah, how dare they. Bravo, I guess👏🙄.
When we focus on mistakes guess what we manifest? Mistakes. Do you want a successful team that cheers each other on or do you want to create a critical and harsh work environment?
Billion dollar global insight to max profits, max salary increase, max charity donations, and monetise as thesis, anime, movie or real life. Significantly reduce global customer service costs and max full time staff and management productivity (your profits) by implementing AI tech in company servers to auto background pre-machine read the website feedback and email content, sender’s IP address (profile or identity rating), value of sender on the company’s profits to auto shadow ban IP address, auto AI machine delete email or feedback without any humans seeing the sent content, and auto rank (based on severity and profitability) and sort the email content (read keywords) to send to the right managers or staff for next action.
It's important to know when to ask that kind of question It wouldn't be fun if it's a new friend
Play in the band or orchestra, take music lessons, play sports, watch friends play sports, dance, act, watch others dance and act. Pick up litter. Visit your grandmother. So many things to do.
I don't even understand what he means by "why"

Loved this.
❤
Great point. We have to show that we genuinely care at every opportunity. We want our customers taken care of and that starts with taking care of our people.
Do you have eight minutes?
It is so rare for for people who understand how different we are from the stereotypes you see in the movies. That Simon was able to see, feel, understand and explain it so accurately is refreshing. Well done.
Toxic idea. He IS childish cos IS Cross cos her friend didnt tel him. And they have a Code like kids instead learn to be direct and honest cos traumas doesnt stop for silly things like not being able to ask help to a friend. Like kids naturals do
😀😀🙃😀🥹😂I fuc**g have no one like that!
Yes 🎉
And this is why talent management should not be tied to compensation and corporate budget. Otherwise we try to fit people to justify how much we should compensate them vs. genuinely appreciating their contribution. Budget is limited, and people potential should not be limited to fit our needs. “Underperformer” is an easy target to be kept in this bucket during performance management for monetary reasons not just subconscious biases. The system should be designed to allow for leaders to have a safe space where they can acknowledge talents without having to worry about the other stuff. Otherwise it’s a vicious cycle.
Service Now ? I love Service Now
My why question is “why are we here?” Like on this planet. Not why are we friends… that’s a weird question to even wonder
❤❤
